A major Telecommunications company with operations in the USA and UK needed to develop Service range billing capability to their existing Billing and Invoicing system. This meant that a company with multiple offices across the globe would be able to track their telephone costs by individual extensions or extension ranges within a branch office and make important business and logistics decisions. ITA's mainframe consultants were responsible for developing a comprehensive solution that included online user interfaces for Range Level Order Entry, enhancements to interfaces with existing sub-systems to accept service range level data and batch extracts which would be communicated to the Billing process.

ITA was involved in conceptualization, design and development of an eBusiness Service Delivery application developed mainly for the Natural Gas pipeline industry. The project was being funded by a major energy company located in Houston TX. The project involved development of one centralized application to meet the business requirements of all the 5 major pipelines of the company. The goals of the project were to enable the conglomeration of the 5 disparate enterprises acquired by the company, to expand the customer base, and to provide existing customers better accessibility to their business and provide other value-added services to them. ITA's consultants started with the Impact Analysis and feasibility study for the project and were subsequently the major players through out the life cycle of the project. Some of the key features of the application include bidding and offers, capacity modelling, capacity planning, contracts, scheduling, routing, billing and invoicing.
